Shipping costs and free delivery

These are the possibilities for free delivery:

For Belgium, the delivery is free if you order for €100 or more.

For The Netherlands, Germany and Luxemburg, the delivery is free if you order for €150 or more.

For other European countries the minimum amount for free delivery is €200.

Because we appreciate that people show interest in what we're saying, we give a one time free shipping to our newsletter subscribers. Click on the small envelope on the right (under 'Stay up to date') to subscribe, and you will receive a discount code that you can use one time. You can enter the discount code in the shopping cart (not during checkout!)

For other smaller orders these are the rates:

Orders for Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and France are delivered by the national postal services (bpost, DP/DHL, Swiss Post, La Poste).

If you live in Belgium nearby Mechelen, or in Germany nearby Hamburg, you can also choose to pick up your order at our warehouse at no extra cost.

In other countries, parcels are delivered by GLS or their local partners.
